Role Overview
We are looking for passionate, driven individuals who are ready to make their mark in the world of fashion. As part of our dynamic team, you'll play a key part in helping us elevate everyday fashion
What You'll Do:
• People Strategy and Leadership:
◦ Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and values.
• Culture and Employee Engagement:
◦ Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that encourages diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Talent Management and Development:
◦ Oversee talent acquisition, ensuring that the company attracts, hires, and retains top talent
• Compensation and Benefits:
◦ Develop competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with industry standards and attract top talent.
• Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution:
◦ Establish and maintain effective employee relations practices, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Organizational Design and Change Management:
◦ Optimize organizational design to support business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
• HR Policy and Compliance:
◦ Ensure HR policies and practices comply with applicable laws and regulations.
We're Looking For:
• Education and Experience:
◦ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
◦ At least 5 years of progressive HR experience
• Skills and Competencies:
◦ Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
◦ In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and organizational design.
◦ Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement
