Purpose of the Role:

Project Support Intern plays a key role in assisting the Medical Team with project and event execution. This role supports coordination with associations, vendors, and internal teams, while ensuring all administrative and logistical processes run efficiently and on time.

Expectations of the Role:

  • Support the Medical Team in preparing and coordinating projects or events with associations, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Assist in drafting proposals, agreements, and other project-related documents.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and tracking project progress.
  • Coordinate follow-up with external partners to ensure timely deliverables.
  • Provide logistical support during medical-related events or activities

Attributes Required:

Must Have:

  • Undergraduate student (preferably majoring in Pharmacy, Public Health, or related field).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Available for a 6-month internship.
  • Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn in a healthcare-related environment.
