About the role

Join PT AIM MEDICAL TECHNOLOGY INDONESIA' as a KOL Specialist and play a key role in driving the company's marketing and advertising efforts. As a KOL Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and collaborating with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the medical and healthcare industry to promote the company's products and services. This full-time position is based in Jakarta Barat, Jakarta Raya.

What you'll be doing

  • Researching and identifying potential KOLs within the medical and healthcare industry who align with the company's brand and objectives
  • Developing and executing strategies to engage and collaborate with KOLs, including negotiating contracts and managing relationships
  • Monitoring the performance and impact of KOL partnerships, and adjusting strategies as needed
  • Coordinating with the marketing and advertising teams to ensure seamless integration of KOL activities into the overall marketing plan
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in KOL management
  • Providing regular reports and insights to management on the effectiveness and ROI of KOL campaigns

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar KOL management or influencer marketing role, preferably within the medical or healthcare industry
  • Strong understanding of the medical and healthcare landscape, including key opinion leaders, industry trends, and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with KOLs and internal stakeholders
  • Proven track record of successful KOL engagement campaigns and demonstrable impact on marketing and advertising objectives
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to track and measure the performance of KOL partnerships
  • Familiarity with content creation, social media, and digital marketing techniques
