About the role

Join the dynamic team at PT NPLUS TECHNOLOGY INDONESIA' as a full-time KOL Specialist. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for managing and growing the company's influencer marketing campaigns, leveraging key opinion leaders (KOLs) to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. Based in the vibrant city of West Jakarta, Jakarta, you will play a crucial part in shaping the company's marketing strategy and contributing to its overall success.

What you'll be doing

  1. Identify and recruit relevant KOLs across various social media platforms to align with the brand's target audience and marketing objectives
  2. Negotiate and manage contracts with KOLs, ensuring alignment with the brand's messaging and guidelines
  3. Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns, including content creation, campaign planning, and performance tracking
  4. Monitor and analyse the performance of influencer campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate influencer marketing with other digital and traditional marketing initiatives
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging influencer platforms to inform the company's marketing strategy

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing or a related field
  2. Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing trends, and best practices
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with KOLs and internal stakeholders
  4. Proven track record of planning and executing successful influencer marketing campaigns
  5. Analytical skills to measure campaign performance and provide data-driven insights
  6. Creativity and a keen eye for content that resonates with the target audience
  7. Ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team
