**Job Summary**

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic KOL Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in establishing and nurturing relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to enhance our brand presence and drive consumer engagement. You will devise strategic campaigns that leverage the influence of KOLs to spotlight our innovative smart home products in the marketplace.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and evaluate potential KOLs that align with BIOTA’s brand image and target demographics.
- Develop comprehensive influencer marketing strategies and campaigns in collaboration with selected KOLs.
- Manage partnerships by coordinating content creation, event appearances, and promotional activities.
- Analyze campaign performance, leveraging metrics and insights to refine future KOL engagement strategies.
- Collaborate closely with internal marketing teams to ensure a cohesive brand message across all channels.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging KOLs to continuously innovate our approach.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (2+ years) in influencer marketing or KOL management within the tech or consumer goods sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field.
- Strong track record of successful KOL collaborations that achieved measurable results.
- Excellent communicative and interpersonal skills to manage partner relationships effectively.
- Ability to creatively develop content and campaign ideas that resonate with audiences.
- Analytical skills to assess campaign effectiveness and derive actionable insights.
- Proficient in social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
