About the role

We are seeking an experienced Tax Supervisor to join our highly regarded team at PT. Guna Solusindo Utama (known as YARD Financial Solutions) in Badung, Bali. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's tax compliance and planning, ensuring we meet all relevant regulations and maximise tax efficiencies.

What you'll be doing

  1. Preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly and annual tax filings and returns of junior and senior staff.
  2. Supervise and manage client tax projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  3. Collaborating with the accounting team to ensure accurate tax reporting and compliance
  4. Providing strategic tax advice to client on business initiatives and transactions
  5. Staying up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and regulations
  6. Provide professional development and mentorship to team members.
  7. Report directly to the Tax Manager, providing regular updates on team performance and project status.

What we're looking for

  1. Graduated from a university with a major in Accounting or Fiscal Administration.
  2. Possesses a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Tax Consulting Firm or 3 years of experience in the same role.
  3. In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, regulations and tax litigation.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team and stakeholders
  6. Holding a Certified Tax Consultant (USKP A) and (USKP B) is highly preferred.
  7. Fluent in English, both written and conversational.
  8. Willing to work in YARD office at Ungasan, Badung Bali.
