About the role

As a Procurement Staff, you will support purchasing activities by sourcing goods and services, managing suppliers, and processing purchase orders. This role requires accuracy, negotiation skills, and coordination to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement for the company's operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handle purchasing requests and process purchase orders.
  2. Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
  3. Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
  4. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with related departments.
  5. Maintain accurate procurement records and reports.
  6. Support compliance with company policies and procurement standards.

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in all technique major, business, Management, or a related field.
  2. 1–2 years of experience in procurement / import or supply chain (fresh graduates are welcome).
  3. Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
  4. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with procurement and import systems is a plus.
  6. Able to join immediately and working at our Workshop Bantargebang, Bekasi.
