Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • 3–5 years of experience in technology solutioning, system engineering, or IT infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge of data center, networking, and IT infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Proficiency in system architecture, integration, APIs, and middleware.
  • Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity, governance, and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to create technical documentation and architecture diagrams.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Effective communication with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate across functions and adapt quickly to new technologies.
  • Light leadership capability for knowledge sharing and mentoring within teams.
  • Preferred certifications: Cisco (CCNA/CCNP), Microsoft Azure/AWS Solution Architect, TOGAF, ArchiMate, ITIL
Job Responsibilities
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into comprehensive technical solution designs.
  • Design end-to-end solution architecture (system, data, network, and integration) aligned with company and industry standards.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, system analysts, and infrastructure teams during solution implementation.
  • Provide recommendations on best practices, standardization, and tooling to improve efficiency.
  • Conduct Proof of Concept (PoC), prototyping, and technical validation before full-scale implementation.
  • Support knowledge sharing, technical documentation, and guideline development within the Center of Excellence (CoE).
  • Deliver technical support during implementation and post-implementation phases.
  • Ensure all solutions follow security, compliance, and scalability principles.
