Job Description:

As an Ocean Export Import Documentation Staff, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of the export process, with a strong focus on documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the complete export process for ocean freight operations.
  • Handle and ensure the accuracy and completeness of export-import documentation, such as Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin (COO), PEB, PIB, and other required documents.
  • Monitor and coordinate booking arrangements with carriers or shipping lines.
  • Track and report on shipment status to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements:
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) – required. Have Mandarin ability is a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in export documentation is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in any related field.
  • Strong understanding of shipping procedures and international trade documentation.
  • High attention to detail, initiative, eagerness to learn, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Capable of working under pressure and handling multiple tasks.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
