Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage, prepare, review, and process all permits and documents required for import activities, such as commercial invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading (B/L), Import Declarations (PIB), and other related documents.
- Ensure that all import activities comply with local, national, and international trade regulations, including customs procedures.
- Coordinate with external parties such as suppliers, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and Customs authorities.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as finance, tax, and procurement in preparing sales contracts and purchase orders with suppliers to determine quality requirements, budgets, import schedules, and delivery timelines.
- Monitor shipment schedules, arrange cargo bookings (vessel/air freight), and track shipment status to prevent delays.
- Prepare regular reports related to import volumes and maintain systematic document filing and archiving.
- Prepare and submit the Quarterly Investment Activity Report (LKPM) through the OSS system and related platforms.
- Ensure that all licenses and permits comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum education of D3/Bachelor's degree (preferably majoring in Law).
- At least 3 years of work experience in export-import or as a legal staff.
- Strong understanding of import documentation processes (PI, PO, Invoice, Packing List, B/L, PIB, HS Code, Billing, COA, MSDS, and other related details).
- Proficient in import licensing, OSS RBA, SINAS, SSM, Import Regulations, Customs regulations, and PIB import documentation.
- Able to communicate in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to be placed in Semarang, Central Java.
