The Factroy Manager will be responsible for Shared Services department in the factory. The candidate will work extensively with internal teams as well as external teams/customers not only to ensure that the department can attain good standards of safety, quality, delivery, and people, but also to chart the path for growing the department. You will leverage extensive experience and expertise to identify and resolve complex challenges, develop and implement strategic objectives, spearhead continuous improvements, and collaborate with different stakeholders to achieve objectives.

What you will do
:

  • Plan, organize, and implement production schedules to meet output targets in terms of quality, quantity, and timeliness.
  • Organize the implementation of production plans and ensure completion of production tasks with good quality and quantity.
  • Monitor and adjust production processes to achieve daily and monthly targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop production team members to enhance efficiency and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Quality, Maintenance, and Planning to ensure smooth and effective operations.
  • Identify and resolve production issues promptly through effective problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production performance and reduce inefficiencies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other relevant related major.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Supervisor in production or manufacturing.
  • Excellent Leadership and team management abilities
  • Experience working in electronic manufacturing or cable industry is a plus.
  • Experience handle new plant Industry is an advantage.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal).
  • being able to speak Mandarin is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Active in communication, diligent, proactive, assertive, disciplined, and responsible
