With a commitment to excellence, sustainability, and customer satisfaction, we are seeking a dynamic Factory Manager to lead our local manufacturing facility in Jakarta Barat, Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee end-to-end factory operations, including production, quality assurance, maintenance, and supply chain.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, company standards, and international food safety certifications (e.g., ISO, Halal, BPOM, SINAS).
  • Proficient in utilizing ERP system to drive performance, quality and efficiency.
  • Drive operational efficiency, cost control, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and innovation.
  • Foster good interdepartmental collaboration to meet the company's goals.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and reporting to deliver on service, quality, and profitability targets.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Technology, Industrial Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in factory and minimum of 4 years of experience in management, preferably in food, flavour, or FMCG industries.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and regulatory compliance in Indonesia.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Hands-on problem solver with strategic thinking and a results-driven mindset.
