TANGGUNG JAWAB SPESIFIK
- Mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan rencana strategis penjualan tahunan berdasarkan analisis pasar dan tren industri untuk mencapai target bisnis PT Multicrane Perkasa di berbagai sektor.
- Memimpin, membina, dan mengelola tim penjualan agar mencapai target penjualan individu maupun tim melalui evaluasi strategi dan kinerja yang terukur.
- Menjalin, memelihara, dan memperluas hubungan dengan seluruh pelanggan B2B di berbagai sektor untuk memastikan kepuasan pelanggan dan pertumbuhan relasi jangka panjang.
- Mengawasi seluruh proses penjualan, mulai dari penyusunan penawaran, negosiasi, hingga finalisasi kontrak penjualan alat berat sesuai dengan kebutuhan pelanggan.
- Melakukan koordinasi lintas fungsi dengan tim Marketing, Human Capital, dan Operations untuk mengelola OPEX, menyinergikan program penjualan, dan memastikan seluruh layanan penjualan unit berjalan optimal.
- Menggunakan Customer Relationship Management (CRM) secara rutin untuk menganalisis dan memantau KPI serta efektivitas strategi penjualan tim dengan menyajikan laporan berkala kepada manajemen sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan.
TANGGUNG JAWAB GENERAL
- Melaksanakan tugas yang diberikan secara efektif dan efisien.
- Menggunakan anggaran kerja secara bertanggung jawab dan sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku.
- Mengikuti peraturan, kode etik, dan standar K3 di PT Multicrane Perkasa.
- Mengikuti proses evaluasi penilaian kinerja, kompetensi, dan potensi sejalan dengan standar yang ditetapkan
KUALIFIKASI PENDIDIKAN
Minimum S1 bidang Bisnis, Pemasaran, atau Teknik Mesin.
KUALIFIKASI PENGALAMAN
Minimum 5 tahun dalam penjualan alat berat dan mempunyai rekam jejak yang kuat dalam menetapkan dan mencapai target penjualan B2B.
KETERAMPILAN TEKNIS
Machine (Product) Knowledge, Spareparts (Product) Knowledge, Logistic Management, Market Opportunity Analysis, Market & Competitor Analysis, Customer Relationship Management, English, Basic HSE.
KETERAMPILAN NON-TEKNIS
