Job Description :

  • Responsible for all procurement and contract management activities, from request, procurement, to the handover of the Cooperation Agreement.
  • Accountable for achieving cost savings targets and providing recommendations to users based on negotiation results (including The Best Total Cost of Ownership).
  • Manage reporting/management reporting processes related to procurement, including administration in accordance with applicable procedural provisions.
  • Foster synergy and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth Bank operational activities.

Job Requirements :

  • Possesses strong problem-solving skills
  • Has good communication and negotiation abilities, and is capable of resolving issues effectively
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office 365
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and is able to work with accuracy and consistency
  • Bachelor's degree in any major
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Procurement field
