We are the distributor of international educational resources and learning materials that help children learn better with hands-on material. Currently, we are looking for a highly dynamic and number-driven e-commerce specialist to manage and grow our online sales channels in Indonesia.

This role is perfect for someone who loves data, campaigns, and finding creative ways to boost sales. Proven work experience as an e-commerce specialist is our highest priority.

Role Description

  • Manage daily operations across Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, and WooCommerce.
  • Plan and run campaigns to hit KPIs (GMV, ROAS, category share) by using tools like ads, flash sale, product bundles, and vouchers to boost sales.
  • Create and optimize marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales.
  • Analyze product performance, ads & market trends to build effective campaigns.
  • Optimize product listings, SEO, and ads for maximum visibility.
  • Monitor inventory to ensure product availability.
  • Run and analyze paid ads to improve conversions.
  • Track and report campaign performance, giving insights for improvement.
  • Work closely with Content, Marketing, and Fulfillment teams to align promotions.
  • Coordinate with platform reps (Shopee, TikTok, Agency) to maximize brand growth.
  • Develop monthly store plans to maintain and improve performance.

Qualifications

  • Min. 2 year of experience in e-commerce campaign management.
  • Strong analytical & creative mindset, able to turn data into strategy.
  • Proven success driving sales & ROI on platforms like TikTok, Shopee, Tokopedia.
  • Proficient in using data and analytics tools
  • Solid knowledge of social commerce, live shopping, affiliate marketing, and ads (CPAS, Google Shopping, TikTok GMV Max).
  • Great communication & teamwork skills, comfortable working with multiple teams.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and passionate about e-commerce innovation & trends.
  • Having a good sales experience and being commercially driven.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, highly organized, and attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Passionate in the children industry is a plus.
