Way Out Solutions is a creative & brand activation agency with 12+ years of experience in the beauty and lifestyle industry. We partner with both international and local brands to build strategies, activations, and campaigns that truly connect with Indonesian audiences.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, from first contact to long-term partnerships.
- Identify and approach potential leads, prepare proposals, and close new deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Develop a deep understanding of client goals, challenges, and business needs to offer the right solutions.
- Monitor project progress, performance, and ensure client satisfaction throughout every stage.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum
1 year of experience
in
Account Executive / Sales / Business Development
roles at a
startup or agency
. - Excellent communication and presentation skills in
English and Bahasa Indonesia
. - Confident in pitching, negotiating, and managing multiple projects at once.
- Target-driven, proactive, and result-oriented.
- Passionate about the creative, beauty, and lifestyle industry.
- A true team player who can balance both sales goals and client happiness.
- Able to join immediately / start ASAP.
