  • Ensure the adequacy of IT risk management process throughout IT Group by performing IT risk and IT control assessment regularly and ad-hoc assessment as necessary.
  • Ensure timely and accurate IT reporting to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that the Bank's Management is well informed on IT activities in order to make strategic decisions based on the Bank's goals and objectives.
  • Maintain IT process compliance to all mandatory requirement from Regulator or Parent Bank by conducting internal assessment and monitor all action plan identified based on the assessment.
  • Work with related IT Departments to manage IT policies and procedures, include ensuring its validity to current IT process, related best practices, and regulatory requirement.
  • Monitor the realization/progress of IT Development Plan and IT Strategic Plan execution.
  • Manage internal and external IT audit activities and ensure that appropriate actions have been taken to remediate identified audit findings.
  • Provide expert advise to all BU/SU in regards with IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance matters.
  • Ensure best practice risk mitigation and assesment functions are maintained to comply with company strategy
  • inform and align decision making for information technology planning, policy and operations in order to meet business objectives
