RESPONSIBILITIES :
  • Calculate material requirements for project components based on shop drawings.
  • Perform site visits for surveys, progress monitoring, and project completion verification.
  • Monitor and control material costs, ensuring alignment with the approved project budget.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely ordering of necessary materials and accessories.
  • Ensure excess or unused materials are returned to the warehouse to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Identify and recommend alternative materials that provide improved quality or cost benefits without compromising technical standards.
  • Verify any additional material requests beyond initial plans through site checks.

COMPULSORY QUALIFICATION :

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in quantity surveying, material cost control, or a similar role, preferably with experience in MEP.
  • Strong knowledge of material estimating, cost control, and construction project workflows.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other project management or cost estimation tools.
  • Familiarity with interpreting shop drawings and technical documentation.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and on-site environment.
  • Willing to travel to project sites as needed.
  • Able to communicate and write in English (oral & written).
  • Own personal vehicle for mobility.
