Senior Sales Manager – Corporate Segment
is responsible for driving corporate sales performance and maximizing revenue from corporate clients through proactive business development, relationship management, and strategic account planning. This position focuses on identifying, acquiring, and maintaining key corporate accounts, ensuring that The Tribrata remains a preferred venue for corporate events, meetings, conferences, and functions.

The role requires a high-performing, target-driven sales professional who excels in negotiation, presentation, and building long-term partnerships with corporate clients and event organizers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy & Business Development

  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed the corporate segment revenue goals.

  3. Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client engagement.
  4. Prepare and present business proposals tailored to corporate clients' needs, ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability standards.
  5. Analyze competitors' activities, market trends, and corporate demand patterns to adjust sales tactics effectively.

  6. Account Management & Client Relationship

  7. Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.

  8. Manage key accounts by understanding their business needs, ensuring personalized service delivery, and anticipating future event requirements.
  9. Conduct regular client meetings, entertainment activities, and site inspections to strengthen client engagement.
  10. Handle negotiations, contract renewals, and follow-up on payments in coordination with the Finance and Events teams.

  11. Event Coordination & Collaboration

  12. Work closely with the Banquet, Convention, and Events teams to ensure seamless planning and execution of corporate events.

  13. Coordinate with Marketing to develop promotional materials, event packages, and campaigns targeted at the corporate segment.
  14. Ensure accurate communication of client expectations to operational teams to deliver exceptional service quality.

  15. Revenue Management & Reporting

  16. Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports on performance, forecasts, and achievements.

  17. Monitor account performance to ensure maximum yield and profitability.
  18. Participate in budgeting and annual business plan preparation with the Director of Sales & Marketing.

  19. Team Leadership & Mentorship

  20. Support junior sales team members in account handling and provide guidance on client relationship strategies.

  21. Promote teamwork, collaboration, and a high-performance sales culture within the department.
  22. Represent the Sales & Marketing department during management and client meetings as required.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in corporate sales within the hospitality, convention, or MICE industry.
  • Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong network and established relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and travel management companies.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong business acumen with analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • High level of professionalism, interpersonal skills, and customer service orientation.
  • Proficient in MS Office and hotel sales systems (e.g., Delphi, Opera, or similar).
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring capability for junior sales team members.
