Job Description:

  • Act as the dedicated business owner for the assigned Aggregator Platform (e.g., GoFood), driving end-to-end sales performance to maximize market share and revenue.
  • Deep-dive into platform analytics to identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and execute optimization hacks (e.g., keyword tuning, menu sorting, photo optimization) to boost visibility.
  • Design and run A/B tests on pricing structures and promotion schemes to find the "sweet spot" that maximizes revenue and basket size.
  • Monitor real-time brand performance and competitor activity on the platform, reacting instantly to traffic drops or market shifts.
  • Provide data-backed recommendations to the Product and Marketing teams regarding best-selling items, customer bundles, and trend-based menu opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in E-commerce, Revenue Management, or Digital Growth, specifically within the Online Food Delivery ecosystem.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to dissect granular platform metrics (Impressions, CTR, Conversion Rate, AOV) and turn them into growth tactics.
  • Deep understanding of aggregator algorithms, in-app visibility levers, and digital consumer behavior (specifically within GoFood/GrabFood/ShopeeFood ecosystems).
  • Strong business acumen in Pricing Strategy, Menu Engineering, and Promotion Mechanics to balance volume growth with profitability.
