About the role

As an Engineering Admin at By Suka Collective', you will play a vital role in supporting our engineering team and ensuring the smooth running of our operations in Badung, Bali. This is a full-time position that will see you collaborating closely with our cross-functional departments to provide administrative and logistical support.

What you'll be doing

  1. Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for the engineering team
  2. Maintaining detailed records and databases to track project progress, timelines and resource allocation
  3. Providing administrative support such as document preparation, filing, and general office duties
  4. Assisting with procurement, inventory management and the processing of invoices and expenses
  5. Acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  6. Supporting the implementation of new processes and procedures to drive operational efficiency

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role in an office environment
  2. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders
  4. Proficient in using standard office software such as MS Office, Google Suite, and project management tools
  5. A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  6. An interest in or understanding of the engineering industry would be advantageous
