Kualifikasi:

  • Pendidikan S1 Manajemen Produk, Manajemen, Marketing, Manajemen Bisnis atau bidang terkait lainnya.
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 -5tahun sebagai Product Manager (Real Produk bukan product digital atau aplikasi), diutamakan untuk produk fabric, textile, furnitur, sofa, gordyn.
  • Memiliki wawasan dan kemampuan analisis terkait teknologi dan bisnis, khususnya dalam product development, strategic planning, dan market research.
  • Memiliki pengetahuan tentang process end to end sample produk (draft, design, packing, engineer, sample making).
  • Memiliki leadership skill, mampu bekerja sama di dalam tim, dan memiliki interpersonal skill serta presentation skill yang baik.
  • Detail, komunikatif, kritis, memiliki inisiatif dan analytical thinking yang baik.

Tanggung jawab:

  • Merumuskan pengembangan produk dan service sebagai bagian dari strategi marketing.
  • Melakukan riset pasar dan development untuk pengembangan produk baru dan existing.
  • Melakukan evaluasi produk baru, existing, dan improvement plan.
  • Melakukan benchmarking & brainstorming terhadap produk baru.
  • Menyusun, mengevaluasi, dan menerapkan usulan kebijakan strategi marketing untuk seluruh produk dan layanan sesuai bisnis perusahaan.
  • Bernegosiasi dengan pemasok tentang harga, eksklusivitas, dan kualitas produk.
  • Forecast demand produk serta berkoordinasi dengan pengadaan impor.
  • Memeriksa evaluasi produk baru dan existing terhadap kebijakan marketing yang telah dibuat serta memberikan rekomendasi.
  • Meneliti dan menganalisis market trends, competitor offerings, dan target market.
  • Melakukan koordinasi dengan jaringan pemasaran seluruh Indonesia.
  • Menyusun rencana produksi dengan bagian terkait.
