What You'll Do:
This role combines
Account Management
and
Customer Support
responsibilities, making you the key person who builds long-term client relationships while ensuring an excellent user experience.
Account Management
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients to drive satisfaction and retention.
- Understand client needs, usage patterns, and business goals to ensure successful product adoption.
- Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and renewal discussions with key accounts.
- Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities to expand product usage and engagement.
Customer Support
- Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone promptly and professionally.
- Troubleshoot and resolve clients issues, collaborating with internal teams when necessary.
- Create and maintain support documentation, FAQs, and user guides.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to improve product features and support processes.
- Track and report support metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in
Computer Science, Information System, Business, or related field. - 1-3 years of experience
in Account Management, Customer Success, or Customer Support (preferably in SaaS, tech, or HR-related industries). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills — able to connect with clients and internal teams effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM, ticketing, or communication tools
- Passion for helping clients succeed and a genuine interest in HR technology or recruitment systems.
