Job Title: Finance Manager

Location: Landmark Pluit, Jakarta Utara

Salary Range: IDR 20,000,000 – 30,000,000 per month

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Finance Manager to oversee accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and drive process improvements within the finance function. The ideal candidate will play a key role in strengthening internal controls, optimizing team performance, and supporting strategic decision-making through insightful analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate and compliant revenue, cost, and expense accounting.
  • Review and issue financial statements and operational analysis reports, while tracking and providing early warnings on key performance indicators.
  • Establish and improve financial policies and internal control systems to mitigate financial risks.
  • Enhance team expertise and foster effective cross-department collaboration to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin (required).
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, including at least 1 year in a team leadership role.]

  • Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
