Responsibilities:

  • Participate in on-the-job training and development programs to gain knowledge and skills in management principles, practices, and procedures
  • Conduct research, analyse data, and prepare reports to support managerial decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes that drive business results
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with team members, colleagues, and external partners
  • Actively seek feedback and coaching from managers and peers to continuously improve performance and achieve personal and professional growth
  • Support the implementation of company policies, procedures, and initiatives
  • Participate in special projects and assignments as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics)
  • No prior work experience required; fresh graduates, interns, or candidates with leadership roles (academic, extracurricular, or professional) are encouraged
  • Professional proficiency in English. Additional language skills (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese, French) are a plus
  • Strong leadership potential and desire to develop a career in management
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Availability to work full-time at our headquarters location
  • Basic knowledge of data tools (SQL or Python) and/or machine learning fundamentals, or familiarity with business strategy or operations is a plus
  • A background in competitive athletics (teamwork, resilience) is an advantage but not required
