What You Will Experience:
As a Management Trainee in Sales, you will be immersed in our dynamic Commercial and Sales Functions, where you will be exposed to various aspects of the futures trading business. You will develop your skills in identifying new sales opportunities, fostering client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Through data analysis and market trend evaluations, you will work on creating effective strategies that contribute to market expansion and achieving sales targets.

You will be involved in:

- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the futures trading market.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Collaborating with teams to develop sales strategies, plans, and promotional activities.
- Analyzing market trends, client needs, and competitor activities to create tailored sales approaches.
- Supporting the sales team in managing accounts and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Utilizing data-driven insights to optimize sales processes and enhance business performance.

What We Require From You:

- **Fresh Graduate** with a Bachelor’s Degree in any field (preferably related to Business, Finance, or Economics)
- Strong interest in futures trading, sales, and business development.
- **Proficient in English** (both written and spoken). Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a passion for building relationships and delivering excellent service.
- Demonstrated leadership potential, integrity, and a drive to succeed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Willingness to be placed at various locations based on company needs.
