About the role

We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as a Management Trainee - Executive Search Consultant at SEALINK. This is a full-time position based in North Jakarta, Jakarta. As a Management Trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow within the dynamic field of executive search and recruitment, contributing to the strategic objectives of our organization.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our clients' business needs and talent requirements
  • Source, screen, and identify high-caliber candidates for executive-level positions
  • Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, including interviews and reference checks
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative recruitment strategies
  • Continuously enhance your industry knowledge and professional skills

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in any major [Psychology, business, Management is Plus]
  • Only for Fresh graduates/ the one who only have Internship experience
  • Excellent communication in ENGLISH and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and candidates at all levels
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  • Demonstrated success in a sales or client-facing role, preferably in the recruitment or professional services industry
  • Passion for talent acquisition and a desire to make a meaningful impact on our clients' organizations
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges
