Our Client,
looking for
IT Product Management Staff (HO)
 with below details.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Support in identifying user needs through interviews, workshops, and customer journey mapping.

2. Translate business needs into product requirements, user stories, and wireframes.

3. Collaborate with AI & IoT engineers during the design and development phase.

4. Monitor project progress using Agile/Scrum methods; participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and reviews.

5. Coordinate pilot testing and user feedback collection.

6. Work with the Product Quality team on UAT preparation and success criteria.

7. Assist in creating product documentation, manuals, and training materials for users.

8. Track product performance and usage metrics across departments.

9. Assist in measuring product maturity using internal adoption frameworks.

10. Gather feedback and recommend improvements for higher adoption.

11. Conduct benchmarking and research on new AI & IoT trends applicable to telco infrastructure.

12. Support senior team members in preparing concept notes or feasibility studies for new initiatives.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.

2. 1–3 years of experience in product, business analysis, or project coordination (fresh graduates with relevant experience are welcome).

3. Understanding of product management frameworks (Design Thinking, Agile, Lean).

4. Strong interest or experience in Artificial Intelligence or Internet of Things (IoT).

5. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

1. Familiarity with telco or infrastructure industries.

2. Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, or Miro.

3. Comfortable working in a hybrid waterfall-agile environment.
