Global Payment Solutions (GPS) is made up of almost 10,000 colleagues across 58 countries and territories. This business is uniquely positioned to help clients make payments across borders, currencies and regulations, quickly and efficiently with dedicated in-country and regional support. Our expertise in this area is repeatedly recognised by the industry's most prominent publications and associations with numerous global, regional, and country awards.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of AVP Global Payment Solution Account Manager, Client Management .

Responsibilities: 

In this role you will manage set of Client portfolios which focuses in handling complex queries, driving cash management relationship post sales process; ensuring revenue committed being realized in a timely manner, grow and penetrate existing wallet-share through proactive relationship management and cross-sell new products and/or services. Stringent portfolio and revenue will be key aspects to manage.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

Hold a minimum bachelor degree from reputable universityMinimum 5 years' experience in banking industry; preferably with experience in Cash Management or Global Transaction BankingDemonstrate proactive relationship and sound understanding of the marketPossess business development, sales, and client service skills will be an advantageHave a good knowledge in reporting and analytical reasoning skillsFluency in MS office applicationsExcellent command of English and Bahasa, both written and verbalTeam Player with good interpersonal skillDemonstrate ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively at all levels and across all functions.
