Responsabilities

  • Provide technical assistance and product knowledge
  • Make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs
  • Ensure that all Indonesian customers base (and prospects) receive technical support..
  • Attend trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
  • Support the commercial industry team with technical assistance for sales, including analysis of used oils.
  • Supervise the correct information on the product labeling referring to: product description, regulatory safety information and quality levels and approvals
  • Coordinate with MKT technical information (technical sheets, catalogs, technical bulletins)

Qualification:

  • Technical / Sales background (chemical or mechanical engineering) in Lubricant industry
  • 2 years of experience in Lubricants industry /

Heavy equipment / Heavy machinery
- Fluent in English, spoken and written
- Communication skills
