This ideal candidate will be responsible to find, contact, and follow-up with prospective clients. Once they discover the client's needs, they will discuss our product's technological capabilities and business value with the client. The ideal candidate should be able to clearly articulate highly technical concepts to all prospective clients.

Job Description:

  • Visiting regularly, both in customer's office and in customer's site.
  • Give suggestion and solution regarding heavy equipment problem especially Kobelco.
  • Receiving complaints that submitted by customer that related to Kobelco.
  • Follow up offering that has been made so it will be made into PO by customer.
  • Give AR confirmation letter to customer and checking AR data that customer receives (reconcile)

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma 3 of Technic or Mechanical Engineer.
  • Minimum 2 years experience as Part Sales Engineer or other similar roles from Heavy Equipment Industry
  • Mastering technic machine basics (especially for Excavator Unit).
  • Excellent communication skill & strong negotiation skill.
  • Have good initiative, creative and capable to operate computer.
  • Strong in analysing skill and capable to work in team.
  • Willing to be placed at Palembang Branch.
