As a Sparepart Sales Staff, you will play a key role in supporting our spare part sales operations—achieving sales targets, monitoring market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and timely delivery.

Requirements:Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major.At least 1 year of experience in the automotive, service, or spare part industry.Strong communication skills, good appearance, analytical and logical thinking.Proficient in MS Office, presentation skills, and using the internet.Target-oriented, possesses leadership qualities, and willing to be placed in Palembang.Responsibilities:Plan and monitor spare part sales activities to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.Handle sales transactions, process purchase proposals, and manage AR outstanding collections.Collect competitor data and maintain relationships with part shop outlets and customers.Create daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and document purchase requests.Support company programs and carry out additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.
