About the Role

As our HR Business Partner, you'll work closely with leaders and employees to implement HR strategies that align with our business goals. This role requires a strong focus on Training & Development, as well as hands-on experience managing administrative HR tasks such as payroll, employee relations, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, coordinate, and deliver employee training and development programs
  • Execute payroll administration and ensure timely, accurate processing
  • Advise and assist managers on employee relations, performance, and engagement issues
  • Implement HR policies and procedures to maintain compliance and consistency
  • Partner with leadership to drive culture and organizational improvement initiatives
  • Handling recruitment

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Proven experience as an HRBP or similar HR generalist role
  • Strong background in
    training and development
  • Experience managing payroll, employee relations, and HR administration
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
