Job Description

Job Summary:  Supporting the Head of CPP in managing day to day operations and activities for unsecured products including credit cards and personal loans as well as providing strategic recommendations to grow the business.  Work closely with other key stakeholders such as Risk Management, Operations, Customer Service, Product Development and Marketing on initiatives that will drive the business forward.

Responsibilities:

• Provide monthly reporting on actual and projection especially on the Unsecured Business and provide relevant analysis on the fluctuation and other analysis


• Actively involved in Budget process, engaging with CPP Business and other counterparties in developing the Budget


• Work with Banks partners/vendors on new product development or enhancement

• Manage relationship with external service providers and work closely with vendors to ensure services are delivered according to agreed standards.

• Ensure compliance policies & procedures are followed within department

• Review processes and systems and propose improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

• Coordinate and support ad hoc projects and other requirements related to business needs

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities to develop and improve products and services.

• Provide regular updates to management on project status and progress.

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in relevant field such as finance, banking, economics, accountancy, etc.

• Experience in banking industry preferably in consumer lending or financial institution.

• Strong communication skills both written and verbal, interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas

• Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

• Confident in using Microsoft Office applications especially Excel

• Has experience working with vendor management
