  • Flexible and adaptable – willing to adjust to dynamic responsibilities, including occasional tasks beyond standard duties
  • Honest, responsible, and reliable - with a strong commitment to confidentiality and senses of integrity.

Experience & Professional Background

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Office Administrator, ideally supporting senior management or project teams.
  • Preferably has experience in engineering or subcontractor environments (especially power plant projects).
  • Demonstrated ability to handle office administration, HR coordination, and documentation management efficiently.
  • Savvy in OSS-RBA system and familiar with government licensing procedures and basic legal documentation is a plus.
  • Experience in PMA company – familiarity with international business practices, compliance, and reporting is an advantage but not compulsory.
