We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Fit Technician to join our team. In this role, you will ensure that our garments meet the highest standards of quality, fit, and construction. You will collaborate with factories, merchandising teams, and customers to deliver superior products that align with our customer requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and approve garment samples for style, construction, workmanship, and quality. Ensure samples meet product specifications and adhere to design standards.
  • Provide expert technical guidance to factories, merchandising teams, and technical teams. Address issues related to measurement, size adjustments, and production challenges.
  • Analyze customer design concepts, sketches, and photos. Identify potential production issues and work with teams to resolve them.
  • Assist team members in understanding and meeting customer requirements. Facilitate communication between factories and merchandising teams to address comments and sampling procedures.
  • Support manufacturing engineers during the introduction of new products into production. Develop and implement detailed assembly and test procedures according to corporate standards.
  • Provide written feedback on design inefficiencies and participate in the development of solutions. Ensure customer standards and quality are consistently met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Garment or Textile Merchandising, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years relevant experience, with a background in both factory and buying agent roles. Experience with the US market is ideal.
  • Strong understanding of product and material requirements, with a focus on product safety.
  • Proficiency with Optitex/ FlexPLM system and strong MS Office skills.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as needed.
