We're Hiring – Senior Designer Interior

PT. Senada Nijdam Design is seeking a Senior Designer Interior who's experienced, detail-oriented, and passionate about leading interior design projects from concept to completion.

Location: Cilandak, South Jakarta

Position: Full-Time

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design / Architecture or other relevant related majors
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Interior Designer
  • Strong communication skills (Bahasa Indonesia & English)
  • Proven experience leading projects as a Project Manager
  • Excellent drafting skills & technical drawings (AutoCAD)
  • Strong vendor coordination & procurement capability
  • Proficient in SketchUp, 3Ds Max + V-Ray / Lumion / Enscape, and Photoshop
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and material knowledge
  • Able to supervise site progress and ensure design quality standards
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead design projects from concept to implementation
  • Develop mood boards, technical drawings, 3D visuals, and renderings
  • Interpret client needs and convert them into cohesive design solutions
  • Source materials, manage procurement, and coordinate with vendors
  • Prepare BoQ, budgets, and project schedules
  • Oversee site work and resolve technical issues
  • Ensure project delivery meets time, cost, and quality targets
