Indonet have an exciting opportunity to recruit Sales Manager to our business.
To be considered for this role, ideally you will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Telecommunications or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. Preferably in telecommunications, digital infrastructure, data centers, cloud services, or enterprise solutions.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing enterprise accounts
- Strong leadership, team management, and negotiation skill.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
The key responsibilities for this role include:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Manage and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and enterprise clients.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Legal, Finance, Operations, Technical to deliver customer solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and business proposals.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, and achieve set targets.
- Ability to effectively communicate with and influence stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
