Talent Acquisition Specialist
based in
Medan
to help us grow our people power.

Recruitment (Your Main Game)

  • Hunt down awesome talent – lifeguards and swim coaches
  • Own the full recruitment cycle: posting jobs, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Use creative sourcing methods (social media, referrals, networks) to build strong pipelines
  • Be the go-to person for candidates, ensuring a smooth and engaging hiring journey

HR (The People Side)

  • Handle contracts, HR admin, and basic payroll support
  • Welcome and onboard new team members so they feel at home from Day 1
  • Support staff engagement and retention activities (yes, fun stuff included )
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and local labor laws
  • Collaborate with our Singapore team on people projects and reporting

What we're looking for

  • Diploma / Degree in HR, Business, or something similar (but skills and attitude matter more)
  • Preferably experience in recruitment. If you're new but have a good attitude & are proactive, we welcome you
  • Confident in English (spoken & written)
  • Knows how to connect with people, spot great talent, and keep things organized
  • A self-starter who's resourceful, independent, and not afraid to try new things
  • Someone with positive vibes
