**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Talent Acquisition**: Identify and attract top talent through various channels, including job portals, social media, and networking events.
- **Collaboration with Stakeholders**: Work closely with department heads to understand their staffing needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- **Onboarding Support**: Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and providing necessary support during their initial period.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor practices to make informed recruitment decisions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Proven experience in recruitment, at least 2 years**.
- Strong understanding of Australian immigration policies and regulations.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.
- Proactive and results-driven approach to recruitment.
