Main Responsibilities
1. Coordinate day to day activities related to quality, health, safety, and environment within the organization.
2. Analyze the audit and inspection results then develop improvement recommendations based on the results behind.
3. Provide audit reports and give corrective actions recommendation.

General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
2. Having QHSE certification (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3, etc.) is preferred.
3. Minimum 5 years of working experience in QHSSE, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
4. Experience in logistics, warehousing, transportation, or distribution industry is a must.
5. Proven record in implementing and maintaining integrated management systems (ISO standards).
6. Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk management, and incident investigation.
7. Good understanding of logistics operations (warehouse, transportation, fleet management).
8. Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
9. Ability to conduct safety training, audits, and emergency response drills.
10. Proficient in Microsoft Office and QHSSE documentation systems.
11. Good command of English (oral and written).
