Role Description

The
Junior Brand Manager
will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence and drive growth. This includes creating and managing content marketing campaigns, overseeing daily marketing operations across channels, and maintaining partnerships that support brand objectives. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and passionate about the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and develop content marketing strategies and campaign calendars.
  • Execute marketing operations across various channels.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with partners and collaborators.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to optimize marketing effectiveness.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in integrated marketing.
  • Passionate about the beauty industry.
  • Creative, fast learner, and a strong team player with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and analytical thinking.
