Sebagai Manager Sales & Marketing di Eterniskin', Anda akan memainkan peran kunci dalam mengembangkan dan menjalankan strategi penjualan dan pemasaran yang efektif untuk produk perawatan kulit premium kami.
Tanggung Jawab Utama
- Merancang dan menerapkan strategi pemasaran terpadu yang mencakup iklan, acara, kampanye digital, dan inisiatif pemasaran lainnya untuk meningkatkan kesadaran merek dan menarik pelanggan baru.
- Memimpin tim penjualan dan pemasaran untuk mencapai target penjualan dan memperluas jangkauan pasar.
- Menganalisis data penjualan dan pemasaran untuk mengidentifikasi tren, peluang, dan area perbaikan yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja.
- Membina hubungan dengan mitra ritel dan distributor untuk memperluas jangkauan distribusi dan meningkatkan ketersediaan produk.
- Mengawasi anggaran pemasaran dan penjualan serta memastikan penggunaan sumber daya yang efisien.
- Menyediakan umpan balik dan pelatihan yang berkelanjutan kepada tim penjualan dan pemasaran untuk meningkatkan kinerja.
Keterampilan, Kualifikasi, dan Pengalaman yang Dibutuhkan
- Pendidikan minimal S1 (Pemasaran, Manajemen, Komunikasi, atau terkait).
- Pengalaman min. 3 tahun di bidang sales & marketing, diutamakan industri kecantikan/skincare.
- Menguasai tools digital dasar (Excel, Google Sheet, Word, Slide).
- Terampil menyusun strategi pemasaran dan penjualan.
- Berpengalaman memimpin tim dan memonitor kinerja.
- Mampu mengevaluasi efektivitas pemasaran (offline & digital).
- Berpikir kritis dan berbasis data.
- Paham dasar produk dan treatment klinik.
- Adaptif terhadap tren dan perilaku konsumen.
- Komunikatif, baik secara lisan maupun tulisan.
