Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee branch and sales teams across assigned areas to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand Aarti Rituals' B2B presence in retail and modern trade (e.g., Sociolla, Sephora, and premium beauty retailers).
- Drive business growth through structured processes, partner acquisition, and agent network expansion.
- Identify and build strong relationships with key partners, distributors, and retail accounts.
- Ensure consistent sales performance while maintaining brand positioning and product visibility in stores.
- Monitor portfolio performance, analyze sales data, and ensure sustainable growth with healthy business quality.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and motivation to ensure team performance and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior sales/managerial position in the FMCG or beauty industry, with at least 1 year as an Area Manager.
- Strong knowledge and network in the FMCG or beauty retail industry, particularly in Jabodetabek and Bali.
- Proven success in driving area sales, managing targets, and developing new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills with a confident and charismatic approach.
- Strategic thinker, results-driven, and able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work from our office in West Jakarta (Hybrid setup).
