One of our clients, a real estate development company specialising in creating thoughtfully designed real estate projects across Lombok and Bali, is looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to join their team.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned civil engineer with a solid background in structural design and project execution. You possess a deep understanding of engineering principles, particularly in Light Steel Frame (LSF) systems, and are confident in managing teams and stakeholders across complex projects.

Requirements :

  • Open for local candidates.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's Degree is an advantage).
  • Have years of experience in infrastructure or building construction projects.
  • Proven background in design validation, technical supervision, and project management.
  • Prior experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams on large-scale developments.
  • Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, SAP2000, MS Project, and BIM tools.
  • Strong analytical skills for reviewing structural calculations, drawings, and technical reports.
  • In-depth understanding of Light Steel Frame (LSF) systems (essential).
  • Knowledge of local construction standards, codes, and permitting regulations.
  • Fluent in English (spoken & written).
  • Strong leadership and coordination abilities.
  • Strategic thinking and decision-making under pressure.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with attention to quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead engineering teams through all project phases from concept design to completion.
  • Oversee civil and structural design activities to ensure alignment with technical, budgetary, and time objectives.
  • Manage project schedules, cost estimates, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery.
  • Review and validate structural calculations, design drawings, and technical documents.
  • Ensure engineering designs comply with local regulations, international standards, and safety codes.
  • Supervise on-site construction activities and coordinate with contractors to ensure quality execution.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure project alignment.
  • Prepare and present technical reports, progress updates, and feasibility assessments to management and clients.
  • Serve as a technical advisor during tender processes and project negotiations.
  • Implement and monitor quality control procedures for all civil engineering works.
  • Ensure all designs and site operations adhere to safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify risks and corrective actions.
  • Promote the use of innovative construction materials and technologies, including Light Steel Frame systems.
  • Identify opportunities to improve design efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance sustainability.
  • Mentor junior engineers and foster technical excellence within the team.
