Job Responsibilities

  1. Main responsibility - Prepare, update, and issue customer quotations accurately and on time.
  2. Interpret and read technical drawings to support costing and quoting customer enquiries
  3. Ensure timely communication and professional handling of customer inquiries, feedback and requests.
  4. Monitor project timelines, follow up on RFQ and track status of quotation submissions
  5. Coordinate BD activities, including events, presentations, and customer visits.
  6. Work closely with cross-functional teams (eg. Operations and Engineering) to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
  7. Assist in administrative tasks related to customer accounts, documentation, and filing.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  2. Minimum 3 years' experience in preparing quotations and working in manufacturing environment.
  3. Ability to read and understand technical/engineering drawings
  4. Good communication and writing skills.
  5. Good command of English (spoken and written)
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  7. Strong attention to detail and good numerical accuracy for preparing quotations.
  8. Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.
  9. Self-motivated, result oriented, positive attitude, willingness to learn and a proactive approach.
  10. Plus value: Ability to communicate in Japanese language (Proved by JLPT certificate)
