What You'll Do:

  • Chat with customers
    and solve their questions in e-commerce with care.
  • Handle
    basic
    technical issues
    (we provide scripts).
  • Escalate important matters
    when needed.
  • Hit performance
    goals (we'll help you get there)
  • Be part of an International
    supportive and high-energy
    team

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum
    diploma or bachelor's degree
    in any field (GPA ≥ 2.75).
  • Strong English skills
    (written & spoken) – tested in recruitment.
  • Fresh graduates
    are welcome to apply
  • Willing to work on a
    shifting schedule
    ,
    including night shifts
    .
  • Good problem-solving and multitasking skills.
  • Able to type
    50+ words per minute
    is a plus.
  • Fast learner, independent, and ready to work.
  • Willing to
    relocate to Yogyakarta.
  • Available to start in
    around October and November 2025
    .
