I am a Recruiter at Mindo looking for immediate assistance with the following tasks:
What You'll Do- Responding to emails and live chats from overseas clients.
- Assist clients with their questions & requests on the vacation rental listings product and ensure quick issue resolution.
- Support Account Managers in delivering great client experiences.
- Partner with colleagues and internal teams to ensure seamless client support.
- Excellent English skills – strong written and verbal communication with fast, accurate typing, error-free responses, and a neutral accent.
- Experience preferred – 1+ year background in customer service, call center, help desk support, e-commerce, hospitality, or tourism (international client exposure is a plus).
- Bonus skills – knowledge of SQL & SOAP/RESTAPIs.
- Problem solver – able to analyze issues, make quick decisions, and provide clear solutions.
- Tech-savvy – quick to learn new software.
- Client-focused – able to actively listen, gather information, and understand client needs.
- Adaptable under pressure – thrive in a growing technology & fast-paced working environment.
- Flexible availability – willing to work 24/7 coverage shifting system.
- Flexible location – willing to work in Yogyakarta.

Interview process:

- I will schedule another a Google meeting between you and the user
