  • Support the SPV in planning, coordinating, and executing day-to-day project activities.
  • Manage project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, project trackers, and SOPs.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including China/Taiwan counterparts, using Mandarin both verbally and in writing.
  • Arrange meetings, prepare presentation materials, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
  • Monitor project timelines and milestones, identify potential issues, and provide regular status updates.
  • Assist with administrative processes such as purchase requests, POs, invoices, and procurement needs.
  • Maintain data accuracy and ensure all project activities comply with company standards and policies.
  • Provide daily operational support to ensure the project runs efficiently and on schedule.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Project Assistant / Project Coordinator / Project Admin.
  • Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace.
