ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a
Senior Marketing Executive
who will bring bold creative energy and strategic thinking to Gotrade's marketing initiatives. You'll be the voice and execution powerhouse behind our campaigns — from big offline activations and OOH projects to digital and social campaigns that drive engagement, retention, and user acquisition.

You'll work closely with our Product, Design, and Growth teams to craft and execute campaigns that resonate with millions of potential investors. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on creativity, owns execution end-to-end, and isn't afraid to push the boundaries of how financial products can be marketed.


Location:
Full-time, on-site in Jakarta.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end campaign ideation, planning, and execution across online and offline channels (OOH, events, digital, social media).
  • Develop and execute product marketing strategies that drive user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
  • Create and manage campaign timelines, budgets, and performance reporting.
  • Collaborate with Product and Design teams to align messaging, creative direction, and brand voice across all channels.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify insights and opportunities for optimization.
  • Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and media partners for high-impact offline campaigns and activations.
  • Stay up-to-date with marketing trends, pop culture, and competitor activity to ensure Gotrade's campaigns remain fresh and relevant.
  • Present creative ideas and performance results confidently to senior stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Strong creative thinker with proven campaign execution experience (both online and offline).
  • Understands the marketing funnel — from awareness to retention — and how to influence each stage through integrated campaigns.
  • Data-informed decision-maker with strong attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator who can pitch and voice campaign ideas clearly.
  • Excellent project management and vendor coordination skills.
  • Passionate about finance, investing, and consumer behavior.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in marketing, ideally in a consumer tech, fintech, or lifestyle brand.
  • Hands-on experience in running OOH, offline activations, and creative digital campaigns.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager) and performance metrics.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Creative portfolio or examples of past campaigns preferred.
